Our Investment Process

Our process is fairly straightforward, beginning with a simple telephone conversation reviewing the general parameters of the project or company and reaching an initial assessment regarding its appropriateness for the Tartan Global Hedge Fund and/or for the MiningSX stock exchange.

If, after the initial conversations, the parties mutually agree that the project or company may be a good fit for our Hedge Fund, we may request additional documentation and may have follow-up conference calls where our technical experts can provide opinions and ask more sophisticated questions.

From this point forward, each project will take different paths and it is difficult to forecast how each engagement will evolve. During the initial conversations the principles in the project or company will gain substantial insights into the support that may be available through Tartan Global and/or through the MiningSX exchange.

In summary, the Tartan Global Hedge Fund is very interested in the extraordinary opportunity and profitability that is possible by supporting emerging mining operations. We look forward to talking with the principles of the mining companies in order to determine if MININGSX INDEX FUND can potentially make an investment in their companies and operations.
